Please find below answers to some common questions we receive regarding letterbox advertising, design, printing, and distribution.

Does letterbox advertising work?

Yes, letterbox mail drops are highly effective for reaching your target audience. They allow for targeting potential customers based on specific criteria like location, income, age, and family structure.

What is the best way to contact you?

We primarily operate online. The fastest way to reach us is by using the ‘get a quote’ form on our website. We check this regularly and will respond with a detailed quote.

I already have a flyer designed and printed – Are you able to deliver for me?

Absolutely, we can deliver your flyer. Simply place your order, and we will provide the details of our warehouse address along with a stock label.

Do you guarantee distribution?

While we cannot guarantee 100% delivery due to the nature of the industry, we ensure the reliability of our distributors. Our distributors  GPS reporting  to confirm that deliveries are conducted properly. Please note, we serve as a booking agent for the distribution company, and you will need to sign a booking form and review the distributor’s terms and conditions, which will be included in your invoice.

What areas do you deliver to?

We organise deliveries throughout the Brisbane Metro Areas. For more specific distribution requirements or national campaigns, please use our ‘get a quote’ form. Our consultants will assist with distribution numbers and mapping your chosen areas.

Do you deliver to businesses or industrial areas?

Currently, we do not offer distribution services to business or industrial estates due to accessibility issues, but we can set up an email campaign targeted at specific business sectors.

Where can I send my artwork?

If you opt for us to print your flyers, please send your print-ready artwork via email or Dropbox. Include your Job ID number to link the artwork to your booking.

My flyers are already printed. How should they be bundled or boxed when dropped off at your warehouse?

Flyers should be delivered in bundles, boxes, or pallets with the following requirements:

– Bundles must be in multiples of 50, with a maximum of 500 per bundle.
– Each bundle must contain the same number of flyers.
– Bundles must be cross-strapped; single-strapped bundles are acceptable when boxed uniformly.
– Bundles must not exceed 8kg; cartons must not exceed 15kg.

When do I need to book my delivery?

Confirm and pay for your delivery at least 10 working days before your scheduled delivery date. Deliveries are dispatched weekly; please contact us for current distribution dates and booking deadlines.

What is the order process?

1. Confirm your flyer campaign details:

2. You will receive a quote and booking form. Please sign and return it via email.

3. Make payment for your order; pre-payment is required.

4. Once paid, your order will be processed, walkers booked, and a job ID generated.

5. You will receive a job ID and stock label for your bundled flyers. Ensure the JOB ID is clearly marked on your stock for identification at the warehouse.

Will my flyers be delivered with other materials?

Our flyers are delivered without being bundled with catalogues, providing an exclusive drop on the majority of occasions. It will primarily be your flyer that goes out on its own. However, we encourage you to confirm this at the time of booking to ensure your requirements are met.

Do you take credit cards?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) through PayPal. A 5% processing fee is added to each order.

Can I split my order across different suburbs?

Yes, orders can be split across multiple suburbs, but targeting an entire suburb is recommended for effective monitoring and area checks. If you wish to target specific streets, we can coordinate with the distributor.

I have different flyer designs; does this count as one order?

Each different flyer design must be treated as a separate order, each with its own job ID. Minimum charges apply for each distribution.
